Pyramids & Candle Holders |
The Holiday Season is lighted by candles. What better way to accent
your home than by adding a Advent Pyramid or Candle Holder to your decor.
The prototype of the first Christmas Tree was believed to have been started by
small villages in the Eastern part of Germany known as the Erzgebirge. In
the center of the town squares, the citizens would make a lighted pyramidal
shaped object to celebrate the Holiday Season. The villagers began to form
their own lighted object for their homes. Evergreen trees were plentiful,
and what better shape upon which to place lighted candles. Decorations we
added later by the children and the tradition was carried throughout Europe and
then to the United States. The Advent Pyramid with it's windmill top heated by
the candle adds movement to your holiday season.
