How to Order Please contact us either by telephone (503-669-7539), fax (503-669-7617), or email (sales@dergrosshandler.com) to confirm that the item is currently in stock and to relay your credit card information. All orders will be confirmed at that time and an estimated shipping date given. We do not have an on-line ordering system currently as the availability of in stock items changes rapidly. Shipping and Handling Charges Orders less than $50.00 - $12.50 Shipping Orders $50.00 - $100.00 - $19.50 Shipping Orders > $100.00 $25.00 or 20% of order amount - which ever is greater Shipments All shipments will be by UPS to the United States only - no foreign shipments. No Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Any damages must be reported with 5 days after arrival and the original packing materials and boxes must be saved for a possible UPS inspection. We will initiate the claim process and settle the damage claim for you as part of our service, but we need your help. Shipments will go out within 5 business days from receipt of order Return Policy Returns are not authorized unless it is by us due to damages.
